CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are only allowed in the first 24 hours. If you cancel within this time frame your order will be refunded.
After this time, your order is being processed and cannot be cancelled.

STANDARD RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition most of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to return them.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery of an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

All returned products must be in original, unused condition as well as in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled, modified, used or damaged by the user.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand any potential damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement parts via email at service@essencehomedecor.com or by phone at 800-476-3396. Please include your order number with your email or phone call. We will make every effort to help you obtain any necessary replacement parts as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, please note the instructions below.

ORDERS SHIPPED VIA TRUCK FREIGHT:
Upon delivery of your large furniture items, check each piece thoroughly. Any item which may have been damaged in shipping will, of course, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

If you decide to return something for any other reason, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please keep all shipping boxes, as any returned items will need to be in the original packaging to protect them during the return shipping. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Your order from Essence Home Decor will confirm your acceptance of these terms.
